Within Australia: 2-10 business days

International Shipping (International): 7-14 business days

Please note: External shipping related circumstances beyond our control, may influence the delivery time frame. For the most accurate and up to date information on domestic and international delivery timeframes, please refer to the Australia Post website. 

Processing details:

Orders are shipped from: Melbourne, Victoria - Please permit 1-2 business days for our team to complete the processing and shipment of your order.

  • Australia Post is our designated delivery company, utilising 'Signature on Delivery' as our default service.
  • In the event a customer cannot sign for the package on delivery, it is recommended the 'Collect Your Parcel from a Post Office' service Is selected, to ensure your package is collected safely.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is input correctly, and is up to date.
  • If an incorrect address has been provided, and your package is returned to us in an unopened/unused condition, we will refund the cost of your items, minus the costs of shipping.
  • We are not responsible for Stolen/Lost orders.

Damaged Goods

  • If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We unfortunately cannot process any shipment damage claims if the products have been used, or tampered with.
  • If your product is shown to have manufacturing faults, please refer to our warranty page listed below.
