Our bottles have a 3 month warranty, beginning from the purchase date. In line with ACCC guidelines, and Australian Consumer Law, "awā" will repair or replace items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing faults. In such instances, the item will be replaced. If however, a product displays evidence of wear and tear, misuse, or modification, the warranty is thus voided.
