How can I track my order?

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

In the event your product has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Review our warranty page for further details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment and are sent via Australia Post. Once processed, you can expect your standard order to arrive within 3 to 6 business days. Express orders are expected to arrive within Australia Post’s Express Shipping timeframes, based on your location.
